8 June - Finding & Supporting Volunteers: Advice Surgery - High Wycombe

Free confidential advice sessions for anyone who works with, or wants to develop work with, volunteers.

Finding & Supporting Volunteers advice surgeries are being offered by Community Impact Bucks to voluntary and community groups in Buckinghamshire at venues in all districts of the County.

A 45 minute, one on one session can be reserved with the sustainability team to discuss volunteering requirements for your group.

This could be about: volunteering policies, volunteer recruitment and retention, managing volunteers, induction and training, volunteers with expert skills or legal issues involved working with volunteers.

We can offer an unbiased initial assessment and can signpost you to other sources of expertise.
N.B. With only 6 appointment slots per surgery, demand for tickets will be high and sell quickly. We do expect people to honour their appointments, or to give us adequate notice should a group be unable to attend. We operate a reserve list and can usually offer cancelled appointments to someone else with advance notice.

Before you can register for an appointment, please complete a very short survey to provide information on your volunteering requirements.  Once this is received you will be offered a choice of appointment times. To complete the survey please follow this link... Volunteering Requirements Short Survey
