Request for Support

Do you need help?

If you are a charity, voluntary or community group or social enterprise, Community Impact Bucks can provide tailored advice, guidance and bespoke support.

We are here to help new ideas get off the ground, help charities and groups to set up or grow, and help organisations put in place the structures, funding and people they need to be successful including volunteers and trustees. We can also help when charities and groups are going through difficult times, offering support to help them be stronger and more resilient so they can keep making a difference.

Getting started is easy – all you need to do is complete a short form requesting support – see the options below.

If you would like to identify areas of development for your organisation and ensure you are operating as effectively as possible, have a look at our online Healthcheck Tool.

Healthcheck Tool

The Healthcheck Tool is an online tool for Trustees and staff to assess the internal processes of their organisation. It will help to determine whether the correct policies and procedures are in place and that the organisation is meeting ‘Best Practice’ standards.

The free tool looks at six core areas of running and developing your organisation – Strategy and Business Planning, Governance, Leadership, Marketing and Communications, Finance and Funding, and Recruitment and Training. On completing each section, the tool provides a list of all the actions that need to be taken, as well as advice on where to look for more information.

This FREE tool is easy to use and will help you prioritise areas of development to make sure you are operating as effectively as possible.

Download our Guide to using the Community Impact Bucks Healthcheck for instructions to assist you in completing the Healthcheck.
