01. About our consultancy services

In addition to our standard offer, our consultancy services provide support to not-for-profit organisations on a bespoke basis. Each project is led by experts and features a team drawn from our in-house staff and network of associates. This ensures that we bring the necessary specialist skills to work closely with organisations in their specific target areas.

As each project is tailored to the organisation’s needs, scope and timing of work can vary – from sessions with fixed hours, to longer-term consultancy support within a defined period.

With over 45 years of experience of working within the not-for-profit sector in Buckinghamshire, we understand the unique challenges faced within the sector as well as the opportunities of working collaboratively both with other VCSEs and in cross-sector partnerships.

03. Research and engagement

Do you need data to help inform a campaign or develop a new service? Or perhaps you are looking for insights into how to engage with your key audiences?

We have undertaken a variety of bespoke projects for the NHS, the Bucks Health and Social Care Academy, Bucks New University, and local landscape and wildlife charity partnerships. Topics for commissioned research have included understanding the needs of Buckinghamshire’s rural community, and identifying the volunteering needs and volunteer motivators – both within the county and within a target group.

We can also help plan and deliver your community work. Working with your organisation, we are able to provide these services:
