01. About Volunteer Bucks
Volunteer Bucks is an online platform where volunteers and organisations across Buckinghamshire can find and connect with each other.
People can browse for local volunteering opportunities by personal interests, location, and availability, and then apply directly to a role. Organisations in need of volunteers are able to post and manage their roles on the platform, answering any questions potential volunteers may have.
Free and easy-to-use, it has an interactive map which shows opportunities in nearby locations and, for anyone who isn’t sure what sort of role would suit them, there is a helpful online quiz to suggest roles that match their preferences.
Run by Community Impact Bucks, it replaces the Buckinghamshire Volunteer Matching Service.
