This presentation outlines the key findings from our 2023 research into volunteering trends and barriers in Buckinghamshire.
The reserach aimed to:
- Explore volunteering needs and barriers – for organisations, current and potential volunteers
- Test and develop ideas about how to evolve the Buckinghamshire Volunteer Matching Service
- Identify skills and training requirements for volunteers and assess whether a volunteer passport could support skills development.
