We support Buckinghamshire’s residents and communities directly through a number of schemes which help people to stay connected and live independently in their homes, as well have access to vital services such as transport.

We run a number of schemes which support Buckinghamshire’s residents in their homes – from helping to access community transport to opportunities to meet and socialise in the community.

Community Transport Hub

Information and advice about alternative transport options to those without access to public or private transport.

Lunch clubs

Regular social contact in a local setting for people over 65 years old.

Handy Helpers

Help with small maintenance tasks around the home for residents who are at risk.
