Read about

01. About the service

We undertake a range of gardening tasks to help local residents manage their outdoor spaces. We also support community regeneration projects, often in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, schools and the corporate sector.

While providing much-needed help in the garden, the service also encourages social interaction and promotes as active a lifestyle as possible.

02. Types of jobs we do

We can carry out a range of garden maintenance tasks – from painting fences, hedge and shrub trimming, to power washing footpaths and patios.

We helped nearly 700 Bucks residents with gardening and home maintenance in FY 2022/2023.

03. Eligibility criteria

The Gardening service is available to people living in Buckinghamshire who are 65+ years old, or those below 65 and living with a disability.

04. How to get help

If you would like to apply to the Gardening service, or if you are referring someone else (neighbour, family member, or client), contact Karen on 01844 617231/ 07821 133408 or email info@communityimpactbucks.org.uk.
