- Hours: Part-time (21 – 28 hours per week)
- Salary: £46,148 pro rata (actual £27,668 – 36,918), dependent on experience
- Location: Hybrid working – mainly from home but you must be able to go into our office (Aylesbury area), and attend meetings across Buckinghamshire or in neighbouring counties when required.

We are looking for a person who has the strategic leadership and consensus-building skills to help increase collaboration between charities and NHS bodies to achieve better mental health outcomes for people in Buckinghamshire.
The voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector is an integral part of local health and care systems, delivering key services that support the health and wellbeing of the population. These organisations also contribute vital insight and intelligence on the needs of the people and communities they engage with, and are frequently a route to engaging with communities themselves.
Funded by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, the VCSE Mental Health Collaboration Lead will:
- Raise awareness of VCSE organisations delivering support to people who have or are at greater risk of poor mental health, with a fcous on community Opportunity Bucks wards and health inequalities
- Bring those organisations together through an alliance-based approach
- Help build relationships between the NHS and the VCSE sector that ensure sustainable mental health services are provided to the people of Buckinghamshire.
