They are also suitable for people looking to set up new organisations which deliver services in Buckinghamshire.

Alexandra Smith’s career over the last 25+ years has included director roles in human resources, and being an independent HR consultant and coach since 2003. With a passion for helping charity leaders succeed, Alexandra brings a wealth of experience to her coaching, having worked with leaders and managers in a wide variety of organisations.
Alexandra’s coaching style is both supportive and inspiring, as she works with clients to find pragmatic solutions to issues.
