Institute of Fundraising Chilterns Group are excited to announce their next event!

What: Santa’s Secret Digital Workshop, with Dawn Newton.
When: Friday 14 December 2018, 1pm-4pm
Where: Adams Park Stadium, High WycombeOur next training and development event for fundraisers in the Chilterns sets out to be a smorgasbord of digital fundraising delights – aiming to interest, engage and advise all fundraisers about improving their digital fundraising skills.

We are thrilled to have leading marketing and social media expert Dawn Newton hosting this event – bringing her warm inclusive networking methods to lead our annual Xmas gathering. Dawn will be bringing along a panel of skilled and insightful special Xmas guests – who will be gradually announced over the coming weeks! So watch this space.

The session will cover everything from Facebook algorithms and getting to grips with Facebook fundraising opportunities, to effective and inspirational uses of digital platforms to provide your donors a truly personalised journey. After an hour of insights from experts in key areas, the session will provide a wide ranging ‘trouble-shooting’ Q&A for questions and skill-sharing. You MUST come armed with your questions and challenges. This will be a really practical, learning environment for all fundraisers.

2018 is an exciting era for fundraisers who simply cannot hide from the growing number of digital tools available to improve their fundraising and we intend that this session will give everyone some digital insight to take away and adopt in their fundraising plans. Oh… if that isn’t enough… we will also be doing the Xmas thing and providing lovely chocolate treats and hopefully you’ll all come wearing Xmas jumpers!?
