Sector Needs Survey Findings: Greatest Challenges Faced by Bucks Charities

Funding, recruitment and retention of volunteers, and raising awareness of your organisations have been identified as the three greatest hurdles for charities and community groups in Bucks to overcome in the near future.

Not surprisingly, when asked what support you needed, the bulk of respondees to our survey asked for help in these three areas.

Interestingly, nearly three quarters of you were interested in joining a network to share experiences and practices, and the vast majority feel you have sufficient access to business and professional services but potentially would be interested in having access to a list of suppliers.
