An opportunity to discuss with peers the continuing impact of Covid-19 on volunteering. Share examples of what has worked for you, and address how your current/future challenges might be tackled, in a relaxed and supportive environment.
The first in a series of free regular events to support Volunteer Managers in Buckinghamshire through collaboration and networking.
Who should attend? Anyone (paid/unpaid) involved with recruiting/managing volunteers for charities, community groups or social enterprises that deliver services in Buckinghamshire. Whether you’re new to your role with lots of questions, or experienced and looking to share fresh ideas with peers – all are welcome.
In advance of this session, please think about the following:
- Where appropriate: examples of your organisation’s/group’s volunteer-related successes in the last few months
- Key volunteer-related challenges your organisation/group faces over the coming months.
Your facilitator: Hazel Finney, Lead for Volunteering at Community Impact Bucks, has extensive experience of supporting mainly small and medium-sized organisations in Buckinghamshire with their volunteer and trustee recruitment and management.
Places are limited so don’t miss out. Book now.
