FREE SUPPORT SESSIONS: VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT & MANAGEMENT – ONLINE/PHONE
Do you need support recruiting volunteers and trustees for your organisation? Or maybe you are looking to setting up a new project, or looking for fresh ideas, look no further, we are here to help.
At our free support sessions, at a time and date to suit you, we will provide general guidance on best practice in volunteer recruitment and management, as well as advice tailored to your charity, community group or social enterprise. We will also signpost you to other resources and organisations which could help and, if appropriate, introduce you to other local organisations.
Following your Support Session, you will receive a list of the resources discussed to help you get started. We will also agree a date to follow up if necessary to review your progress and give further support if needed.
Who should attend?
These sessions are tailored specifically for volunteer-involving organisations delivering services in Buckinghamshire, not-for profit groups wanting to start involving volunteering as well as for people looking to set up new charities, community groups or social enterprises.
Your adviser
Your adviser will be Nosh Fiaz, VCSE and Community Development Officer at Community Impact Bucks. Nosh has years of experience working with the charity sector as a Community Champion and supports local not-for-profit organisations across a range of topics, specialising in GDPR. She also works on the Volunteer Matching Service, supporting organisations to recruit volunteers.
