In line with government guidance regarding Covid-19 the ‘Legal/Governance advice session’ will be delivered online.

Don’t miss this opportunity to meet with IBB Law who have a specialist department for charities on a one to one basis on legal or governance issues. Delegates get expert input on a problem they have raised and know what they need to do next, which may include getting (and potentially paying for) legal assistance.

Examples of the type of issues other charities have sought advice about:

Changes to a constitution
Changing articles of association
Incorporation of an existing charity
Copyright and intellectual property
